Each year in March, the Knights of Columbus members in Pennsylvania receive a set of return labels with the Knights of Columbus emblem. These labels were sent to you as part of the Pennsylvania K of C Label Program. This is a voluntary, but highly encouraged program for all members to participate. We simply ask that you use the labels and in return make a donation for them.

Your financial support for the Labels Program directly benefits Pennsylvania Special Olympics, promotes vocations awareness in our 10 state Dioceses and provides a rebate to those qualifying councils attending the State Convention.

The information on your labels is based on your record at Supreme as of January 1.  If there is a discrepancy have your Financial Secretary correct your record at Supreme and contact Labels Chairman for new labels.

• Why is my name misspelled?
  Data for the labels comes from the address of record on your council's roster. Please contact your Financial Secretary to update the address and have him request new labels for you.
• Could I get additional labels?
  Yes. Simply email Chairman Andy Smith at [email protected]. Provide him your details including council number. A donation is highly encouraged for additional labels.
• My husband passed away but I still received the labels. What should I do?
  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We rely on the officers of each council to keep an accurate and current record for all members. Please contact the Financial Secretary of his council to file the proper paperwork.
• How does participating in the Label Program benefit my council?
  A portion of the money collected through donations go into a pool and is then divided among the councils who send delegates to the PA State convention in May. This is meant to defer part of the costs for the delegates representing your council.
• I recently joined the K of C but did not receive any labels. How can I get them?
  Labels are printed from the council roster for January 1 each year. lf you joined after January 1 and did not receive labels, contact your Financial Secretary to ensure you are on the roster and have him order a set of labels. In addition, labels can be prepared at any time for a new member.
