The coats have been ordered and once we have an estimated shipping date we will provide you with an update. We understand your anxiousness about getting them as it’s getting colder, but please be patient, we will get them to you ASAP.

  Please join the Pennsylvania State Council in the 2024 Coats for Kids Campaign.
  One of the great benefits of buying through the state council is, we are participating in the matching program from Supreme Council. For every case purchased, the Supreme Council will match it.
  The good news, the vendor that Supreme gets coats from has held the price from last year for this year. So, what does that mean for your Council, by purchasing through the state council, and with this matching program (TWO COATS FOR THE COST ONE) a coat costs you just under $10.
  Please plan your distribution event around black Friday or shortly thereafter.

  How many coats are in a case?
  There are 12 coats in each case.
  You must submit the online form to order your coats.
  However, your order will not be counted until the State Community Director receives payment.
  When will coats be ordered/delivered?
  Our proposal to Supreme is due in early to mid-October, once our proposal is accepted by the Supreme Council, we will place the order (early November).
  Coats take a few weeks to arrive.
  Please respond ASAP so we can make every attempt to avoid coats being out of stock.
  Where will the coats be shipped?
  They will be shipped to the Regional Location you selected
  How will the coats be matched?
  They are matched like size for like size.
  Yes, you can mix boys and girls of the same sizes.
  How much credit does my council receive for this on the SP-7?
  Because you are not ordering directly from Supreme Council, you will only receive 1 credit.
  My council does a coat drive and collects new/used coats, does this count towards the matching program?
  Unfortunately, it does not, however you still should submit form 10784 and report this to Supreme and State Councils to get the credit for your SP-7.
  Be sure to include the number of coats collected.
  Our council goes to a local store and gets a reduced price for coats, why should we partner with the State Council?
  The cost of a coat shipped to you is about $10/coat with the matching program.
  The goal we are trying to hit is 18,000 or more purchased through Supreme Council.
  If we miss the deadline to participate in the matching program, does that mean we cannot participate?
  No, the regular purchasing option from Supreme still exists, however you will not be able to have your purchase matched.
