License plates are only available to Knights of Columbus members. Simply download and complete the TWO forms, and sent them to the license plate chairman. Remember that your Financial Secretary needs to sign the PA State Council Application Form and affix the seal to the form. The State License Chairman will take care of the rest.

License Plate Program FAQs

• How much does it cost?
  • The total due for a standard issued PA K of C License plate is $60.00
• Can I Personalize my PA K of C Registration Plate?
  • Yes. However there is an additional fee of $125.00 to add personalization. You can use the Online tool to see if the combination of letters and numbers are available. The total cost of a personalized PA K of C License plate is $185.00. AVAILABILITY TOOL
• Can I order the License Plate Online?
  • No. You must print out the form and it must go through the State Program Director. You are to fill out the MV-904SP (rev 7-23) - ONLY complete Sections A & E (D if applicable).
• To whom should I make my check payable?
  • Pennsylvania Knights of Columbus State Council.
• How long does it take to get my registration plate?
  • Allow eight to ten weeks for delivery of your personalized registration plate from PennDOT. Additional handling time may be needed by your council and the PA State Council.
